Does Insurance Acceptance Vary by Therapist?
At Karis Therapy Group, insurance participation is consistent across our therapists. If your insurance plan is accepted by Karis Therapy Group, you may receive services from any participating clinician, subject to your individual plan for benefits and coverage. We recommend confirming your specific benefits with your insurance provider before beginning services.
Out-of-Network / Superbill Information:
If Karis Therapy Group is out of network with your insurance plan, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan and out-of-network benefits. We encourage clients to contact their insurance company directly to understand their coverage.

We understand that plans sometimes change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are charged the full scheduled session fee. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Karis Therapy Group.
Accepted Payment Methods
Karis Therapy Group accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as eligible HSA and FSA cards. Payments are processed securely through our practice management system. Payment information is not collected through the public website.
